The machine page shows the planogram the way the machine is loaded, each selection's stock against its capacity, and what the numbers suggest: swap a product that has not sold in three weeks, raise a par that runs out before the truck comes back, visit more often.
Commission statements, worked out for you
Enter each location's agreement once: a percentage of gross or of sales before tax, net of card fees, tiers, a fixed amount, a minimum, monthly or quarterly. On the 1st, every location's statement is already there, from the DEX sales meter, Nayax or your counts.
- Visits that straddle the month end are split by time, and the statement says so.
- Never a guess: a machine with no reading after the month holds that statement and says which reading is missing.
- A PDF for each location, the email text to send with it, and a payments ledger with CSV for your accountant.

An API for your handhelds and your systems
Anything that can make a web request can send Vending Route a DEX file or inventory counts, with a token you make on the Integrations page and can revoke.

Questions
Does Vending Route read DEX files?
Yes. It reads EVA-DTS audit files, checks the G85 checksum, matches the file to the machine by its ID1 serial and turns it into sales per selection since the previous read and the cash that went to the box. Send a file from the phone, the web app, or any DEX handheld through the API.
Does it work with Nayax, Cantaloupe Seed or VendMAX?
Nayax connects directly with a Lynx token. Cantaloupe Seed, VendMAX and PayRange have no public API, so Vending Route imports the inventory exports they let you download.
Does Vending Route work outside the US?
Yes. Each operation keeps its books in one currency (pounds, euros, złoty, reais, Canadian or Australian dollars and more), and money and dates follow the phone or browser. DEX files are the EVA-DTS standard used across Europe, and Nayax works in every country it sells in. Commission statements can work from sales before VAT or GST, and print on A4. The app is in English, German, Polish and Brazilian Portuguese. Vending Route is not a cash register or a fiscal device and does not file tax returns.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes. The phone keeps today's route, planograms and pick lists, and a visit uploads when the phone is back online.
Can I use it for micro markets?
Yes. Shelves, fridges and coolers are counted by product with expiry pulls, next to your snack, drink, combo and coffee machines.
How are vending commissions calculated?
Each location's agreement (percent of gross, of sales before tax or net of card fees, tiers, a fixed amount, a minimum) is applied to the month's sales from each machine's DEX meter, Nayax or your counts × price. Visits across the month end are split by time; a machine with no reading after the month holds the statement instead of guessing. Typical rates are in the commission rates guide.
Who can see my operation?
Only the people you invite. Drivers record visits; owners and managers change everything. Export everything as CSV any time, and the owner can delete the operation from the server. See the privacy policy.
