The machine page shows the planogram the way the machine is loaded, each selection's stock against its capacity, and what the numbers suggest: swap a product that has not sold in three weeks, raise a par that runs out before the truck comes back, visit more often.

An API for your handhelds and your systems

Anything that can make a web request can send Vending Route a DEX file or inventory counts, with a token you make on the Integrations page and can revoke.

Questions

Does Vending Route read DEX files?

Yes. It reads EVA-DTS audit files, checks the G85 checksum, matches the file to the machine by its ID1 serial and turns it into sales per selection since the previous read and the cash that went to the box. Send a file from the phone, the web app, or any DEX handheld through the API.

Does it work with Nayax, Cantaloupe Seed or VendMAX?

Nayax connects directly with a Lynx token. Cantaloupe Seed, VendMAX and PayRange have no public API, so Vending Route imports the inventory exports they let you download.

Does it work without a signal?

Yes. The phone keeps today's route, planograms and pick lists, and a visit uploads when the phone is back online.

Can I use it for micro markets?

Yes. Shelves, fridges and coolers are counted by product with expiry pulls, next to your snack, drink, combo and coffee machines.

Who can see my operation?

Only the people you invite. Drivers record visits; owners and managers change everything. Export everything as CSV any time, and the owner can delete the operation from the server. See the privacy policy.
